Aerie Development Group, LLC Announces New Apartments For Harvest Hills in Williston, ND

Aerie Development Group, LLC, a Denver based development company, has announced the groundbreaking of a 270-unit apartment complex within the community of HARVEST HILLS in Williston, North Dakota, a Granite Peaks Development.

THE CONFLUENCE AT HARVEST HILLS will have a mix of (60) one bedroom, (90) two bedroom and (120) three bedroom apartments. In addition there will be a community clubhouse for leisurely activities.

Denver, Colorado based OZ Architects have been retained to do the design and Sanderson Stewart Engineering, headquartered in Billings, Montana has been hired to do the civil engineering of the project.

A late Summer 2012 completion date is anticipated.
